Our graduate level, permanent engineering staff provides installation and support services for PC and network components across the UK and, through the use of tried and trusted strategic partners, throughout Europe.

To help us establish the appropriate profile of service for our clients, we carry out site audits to provide accurate and detailed information about the hardware and associated software applications used. This is carried out remotely where technology allows or on-site as needed.

Our first class operations team takes care of all aspects of service delivery, from booking implementation dates with customers throughout the UK to the fulfilment of first line telephone support and the provision of on-site engineering resource.

All services adhere to the guidelines set out in the Service Level Agreement, which is tailored to suit each individual client and is monitored and measured to ensure that a high level of service is constantly provided.

Our team of senior engineers and trainers take an active and personal involvement in the development of the COMMPETE engineer’s training schedule in order to migrate the necessary skills to the staff that will provide the service regardless of demand or location.
